NPJ is affordable and offers you and your business flexibility through three fee structures for your immediate or long-term needs: hourly-based, flat/per project, and retainer agreement.
In a retainer agreement, NPJ is retained to provide a pre-designated package of communications services at a discounted rate. For example, your organization agrees to pay NPJ 15 hours per month at a discount off the hourly rate. If needs should exceed 20 hours, NPJ will bill at the normal rate. You will be notified if NPJ reaches 20 hours and will not continue to work without authorization. Hours not used under the 20 hour-retainer are still charged and do not rollover to the following month.
NPJ charges hourly for services. After an assessment, NPJ will approximate the number of hours. For each project, the client will identify a maximum which will not be exceeded unless authorized. NPJ bills in one hour increments.
With the flat rate option, NPJ charges a client a flat fee for a pre-defined project based on the number of hours the project will take to complete.
